✍️ Writing Tip:
Don’t trust your extremes.
One day your written work may feel brilliant, and the next it may seem substandard. Neither is the full truth. Learn to notice the swing without letting it steer you, or make you quit. That swing is what I call “Riding the dreaded sine wave.”
🎨 Creativity Tip:
Keep going anyway.
When the creativity high hits, ride it. When the low inevitably comes, keep creating. Trust that your work’s real value lives somewhere in between—and that only time and distance can reveal it.
“You can’t judge your own work. You just can’t. It takes years to know what you’ve made.”
— Stephen Sondheim
