Have you ever wished that you had known about something ahead of time? I have been in that boat many, many times. Though sometimes when I wish I had gone in more prepared, there’s nothing like the experience itself. What I think can be the most powerful, however, is both having some understanding of what can and will happen and the actual experience.
Especially the failures.
Falling on our face can be a painful experience, and it can also be supremely educational.
